We are a small business, just starting up and figuring things out. Therefore, as of now, there are no refunds or returns permitted. All sales are final. Of course, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., you got the wrong item), please email info@theharpacollective.com as soon as possible so we can try and make the situation right.
